Checklist to use when choosing your next roofing contractor.

1.Ask for a copy of the contractor’s license (not a handyman license).

2. Ask for references and check online reviews.
3. Ask for completion pictures before final payment.
4. Don’t pay before the job is complete (10% deposit is ok)
5. And most important of all If the deal seems too good to be true, then it usually is.
